This Privacy Policy, together with the Activity Builder Cookies Policy, and the Activity Builder Terms of Service referred to in this Privacy Policy, form a legally binding Contract between you and us (collectively referred to herein as the “Contract”). However, as we continue to improve the Service we may decide to ask Users to create an account in the Service. Collection of Personal Information From or About Children.

Promethean does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Service. What does Promethean use my Personal Information for?

If we decide to collect your name and e-mail address in the future, it will be used for such purposes as (i) creating your individual account, (ii) administering your use of the Service including responding to your requests for certain information and services, (iii) to better understand your needs and interest, (iv) to personalize and improve your Service, (v) to provide or offer updates and product announcements and (vi) to tell you about opportunities that we believe maybe relevant to you and to provide you with information about the promotions, products, and services we offer. We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze and improve the Service, including but not limited to, data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing and improvement of the Service’s features. By way of example only, we may use one of our trusted third party companies to analyze, collect, and provide to us the e-mail addresses of all Users who have not used the Service in a certain time period. Promethean does not share, sell, rent or trade Personal Information with third parties other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or if you give us consent to do so.

What Non-Personal Information is collected from Users of the Service?

In addition to the information which you provide to us, we also automatically receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Service. This automatic receipt of information is not Personal Information as defined herein. For example, Promethean automatically receives and records usage information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and Promethean cookie information (see below).

What does Promethean use my Non-Personal Information for?

Promethean or Promethean’s trusted third party companies described above, may collect information about your computer, including where available, your IP address, operating system, and browser type, for system administration.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer enable our systems to recognize your computer or device. Is Information About Me Secure?

To the extent that Promethean decides to require you to submit personal information to us in order to use the Service, Promethean will take precautions to maintain the security and integrity of Personal Information you submit to the Service, including storage of your Personal Information on a secure server behind multiple firewalls.
Promethean will use industry standard SSL (secure socket layer technology) encryption to transfer sensitive and Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, Promethean cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information managed by the site. All of the servers used to provide the Service are currently located in the Canada, and we aren’t able to process your information within the borders of any other country.
